2008 was a very challenging year at work. Daming figures. Daming changes. Daming issues. Daming nabago sa organizational charts. Pero walang pinagbago sa geisha. Maganda pa rin!
Getting 8700+ calls a year with 4:03 average handling time is not easy! Chozzz lang! Pero i managed to do so! Para-paraan lang yan and proper management! naks!
